Jay Plumeri called his first restaurant Plumeri. He's calling his second Jonez (formlery Jones), a reference to the unabashedly American focus on comfort food like Roquefort-onion burgers. Classic cocktails and a primarily American wine list keep to the theme.

I have been going to Jonez since it first opend it's doors. I live close by and every neighborhood should have a joint like Jonez in it. Food is Always very good and fresh! Service is low key, friendly and helpful, they seem to enjoy their jobs. My only negitive is the lights are too bright but my girlfriend says I am an owl so don't trust that. See you all there.
