Tonkatsu Sauce onions, tomatoes, apples and such are mixed with spices and simmered for one day and then allowed to rest while the flavor and juices blend together. our sauce is a light and simple homemade sauce      
Breadcrumbs only freshly baked bread is used to prepare our singular breadcrumbs. the treasured recipe ensures that light and crispy breadcrumbs are available everyday. a course grade of breadcrumbs is prepared for tonkatsu, while a finer grade of breadcrumbs is prepared for the deep fried skewers
