Eschewing the fatty and fried foods served in most of the district's restaurants, Native brings healthy grilled pleasures to Harlem like a spicy Atlantic salmon in soy ginger sauce and light grilled lemon chicken salad. French-Caribbean flavored entrées like linguini with chicken in chipotle cream and steak au poivre round out the eclectic menu, where "lightly fried" calamari constitutes the greasiest dish.
