At Nick's Pizza, owner Nick Angelis's light, fragrant, superbly charred crusts contrast beautifully with creamy fresh mozzarella—melted but not boiled over—and bright tomato sauce and basil. No wood, no brick, no coal—how does he achieve pizza greatness with a conventional gas oven? The mystery is part of Nick's allure. That, and a wine list that goes beyond the basic pizzeria house red and white, plus killer cannoli that will change forever your perception of the Mulberry Street staple.

Wanna eat in a place where they don't care about you? Then you have to eat at Nick's Pizza! Get ready to deal with moody employees, waiters demanding a 20% tip regardless of the service, restaurant policies no one can comprehend (you can't switch seats, can only receive condiments if you purchase specific food items and you have to pay your bill in cash). This place is a riot if you are thinking about writing a book on how NOT to treat your customers!
