A finance-industry vet brings a Polish-style beer hall to Williamsburg in the form of Old Rooster. The 70-person backyard with a deck and tables cut to accommodate the trees will be partly covered, but the equally sized interior should also be a draw during good weather and bad, thanks to thick, handmade wooden tables and exposed stone archways and walls. You’ll be able to enjoy fourteen Czech, Austrian, German, Russian, and, of course, Polish beers on tap here, and soon after that there’ll be sausages and traditional Polish fare.
