Considering that Frederick Lesort and Antoine Blech have specialized in the sort of nightspot (Frederick’s, Jour et Nuit, Orienta) where the preferred greeting is the double-cheek kiss, it’s no surprise that their first collaboration appeals to a hip, young transatlantic crowd. Loud, expensive, and mediocre

This place is terrible if you want to have any kind of conversation with the people you're dining with. The food is overseasoned and trying way too hard. Service is very very slow (it's almost impressive how slow it is). On the plus side, the drinks are fantastic. This place might be good for some rowdy after-work cocktails, but I think they should stop serving food.

It was unexpected. We ended up going for dinner to a place that was recommeneded to be in the lounge. They set us in the dining area, where it was a diferent experience. We where so pelased with the variety of food that we decide to stay. And the details of our server who was intrucing us to the wine experience during dinner was impress WE had a nice time in a quite and inviting room. WE loved the sense of details that they had with us. Its dificult to find friendly service in NY is not like before, and we felt that he cared about us. We will viist them more often and be back for a nice meal.
