Piadina Is the Most Typical Specialty From the Romagna Region in Northern italy. It's an Unleavened Bread With an Old Traditional Behind It. It Is Composed of flour, water, Salt and Olive Oil and It Is Baked on Particular stones, Called "testo" Which Is Placed on Burning charcoal. it Can Be Used As Bread Accompanied With Any Kind of Dish or Be Eaten With Various cheese's, Cold Cuts and Toppings
