There are hits and misses at this unassuming hangout where a core of entitled East Siders go to be surrounded by their peers and pampered by Giuliano Zuliani. We love the lush focaccia, a starter of clams and mussels in a fragrant broth, and charred rare slices of bistecca fiorentina—perfumed with rosemary, garlic, and olive oil.
