The sleek 29-seat spinoff of Quartino's has high ceilings and the same simple, satisfying menu, but it makes more of an effort to use organic ingredients, which the chef combines in simple, exceedingly satisfying preparations: baked spinach with shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano; thin, chewy focaccia under a rich stracchino cheese melt. The wine list reflects the sustainable-agriculture theme, with plenty of organic or biodynamic bottles.
