Chelsea’s tiny Socarrat Paella Bar opened a larger outpost in the old Ghenet space in Nolita. Owner Lolo Manso tells us he added a couple of paellas, including a lobster, calamari, and cod variety, as well as a lamb and eggplant one, and he’s also added a selection of $3 montaditos.
