Souvlaki GR's brick-and-mortar location has 40 seats and evokes a simple Mediterranean-style eatery, with floors painted to look like stones, a classic white-and-blue color scheme, and even a traditional Greek periptero, the corner newsstands you find all over. (Unfortunately, nothing is for sale, co-founder Abby Sierros tells us: "We’re going to be battling people trying to grab the candy," she laughs.) Added offerings include salads, sweets, domestic and Greek beer, and four Greek wines.
