Trendsetting restaurateur Jonathan Morr attempts to do for the humble burger joint what he did for noodles a decade ago at Republic. Burger fiends have their choice of several seven-ounce styles, from classic to one topped with green-peppercorn sauce, plus all the requisite sops for vegetarian spoilsports.
