Sweetwolf’s doesn’t serve the kind of food you would travel across town for, but if you’re local, the draw of their wide, alluring patio and a few comfort-food staples might earn it a spot on your restaurant rotation. The slightly random menu includes pulled pork and burgers infused with bacon fat alongside barbequed pulled tempeh. Anyone with wheat issues or seeking vegetarian fare will find refuge in the gluten-free mac and cheese or apple cobbler; and the side salads are better than average. Sweetwolf’s interior has an original tin ceiling and brick walls, wide communal tables, an open kitchen walled off by glass, and wood floors with a beautiful inlaid design. Unfortunately, smells from the wood-fired brick oven overwhelm the space, making the patio a better choice.Coffee House
Sweetwolf’s shares their space with 40 Weight Coffee Roasters, which offers pourovers, whole beans and pastries Mon- Thurs, 7:30am- 3:30pm and Sat- Sun, 8am-3:30pm. The coffee house is truly a separate entity, so payment methods and menus shift with the changing of the guard.Recommended Dishes
