Hi
I recently visited the restuarant. You can get same quality food at 38th street and sixth avenue, the Indian food stall. The service was awful. I fell ashamed with such a poor service.
I was handed a hot bowl for lentil soup in hand without any warning. Rest you can imagine
As far as the food and the service was concerned it was very poor. By the time the food was on the table it was cold and soggy except the fried wheat bread. Yes this is unlimited dinner but i was disappointed. Bad food, service & staff. Staff was more interested to start a next course instead of checking if they were fine with the previous course. In the second course they bring almost two courses together and by the time you want to have the rice its all cold and ice. You don't want to eat cold food in a restaurant. Staff is so busy going up and down they all looked tired and again one more time you are having cold food. Staff is also not checking that if any one from the guests needs more rounds of food or if they need anything else. They know if you go in a group so they will get their tip so efforts were made for hospitality or making sure that your guests were comfortable. Quite disappointing.
Thanks for reading this review.
