I've purchased Sony HDR-SR12 from 42nd photo. The camcorder is excellent! I've already made lots of video and I'm absolutely satisfied with it's quality. However in addition to camera I purchased some items which I decided not to use and when I brought them back I got offer to exchange or get refund. I had chosen refund and got my money back. No problem.
