Why oh why did I not read the reviews here first?!? I ordered my bridesmaids dresses from here in September only to find out in November that they were ignoring phone calls from my bridesmaids who were trying to provide sizes and payment info!! Needless to say I cancelled before it could get any worse but I'm still fighting with them to get my refund! This place is ridiculous. I'm only glad I found out early enough to undo the damage.
I ordered my bridesmaid dresses from Adriennes in Feb. for an early Sept. wedding. I was not a good experience. They miss ordered one of my bridesmaid dresses. When I called, I found out about this mistake. They said they were going to correct it and the dress would arrive by the next month. I trusted what they said. I called back in a month. It was NEVER re-ordered. The dress finally arrived, a month before the wedding. I asked the store to check that it matched the other dresses. Adriennes told me it was a perfect match. At the wedding, it was a mismatch. It stood out and was apparent to guests and in my pictures. I was extremely upset that they lied to me and would send that dress to my bridesmaid. Seeing pictures, I am even more disappointed. Each of my bridesmaids ordered a different dress within a collection. Three of the dresses were an alternative color. The person at the bridesmaid store was rude and unhelpful. The owner did come in and offered to rework the dresses so they all match. It was done free of charge, but was an aggravating and stressful situation
