This small but well-stocked shop near Union Square carries a wide variety of the Australian brand’s botanical skin, body and hair products. The University Place location, Aesop’s fourth in New York, offers samples of nearly all their products, with a large antique sink—salvaged from the Bethlehem Steel plant in Pennsylvania—in the store’s center for washing up after. The selection of high-end, mostly natural beauty products include everything from Sage Scalp Cleansing Shampoo and Moroccan Neroli Post-Shave Lotion to Parsley Seed Anti-Oxidant Eye Serum, meaning there’s something for nearly every skin-care need. — Taylor Berman
