Though utilitarian in decor, Albee stocks the highest-end cribs, changing tables, car seats, and strollers found anywhere. The shop specializes in service, with a sales staff that knows baby gear in and out. The selection is as thorough and as customizable as you'll need; you can even choose the finish on furnishings from Italy's Pali line.  Gift registry is also available.

I have ordered Stokke stroller - and it never arrived. I tried to call multiple times - either no one answered the phone or they told me that they cannot understand why the shipment never left and they will call me back - no one ever called back. It took few phone calls to cancel the order after more than a month of waiting and calling. I wasted 2 months with them waiting for my stroller which was "in stock". There are many other companies and stores with much better customer service.

Customer Service is AWFUL!!

Shop some place else!!!!! I purchased a stroller package that listed specific items in the package. I did not receive one of the items. I contacted the store via e mail 3+ times and they said they shipped the item. They lied!!! I filed a complaint with the BBB. The general manager again LIED to the BBB about the item and the case was closed. Do not buy anything from this store online. They do not fill the order as it is listed leaving you without important parts needed to use items. The 2 lies I caught them in is very annoying. I read some other reviews saying people had a hard time with customer service. Beware!!
