The famed avant-garde designer has engineered everything from intimate, 50-guest affairs to massive blowouts for 500, and his clients range from Louis Vuitton to the Museum of Modern Art. The common link: An obsession for detail and an artist's talent for making the tiniest aspects of the event rise above the mundane.  This studio approaches event design as if it were a gallery installation—think globes of baby’s breath suspended from the ceiling like clouds, beds of grass with poppies "planted" in them, and entire walls covered with floral tapestries. Regarding prices and the high-class clientele, he is unfailingly discreet and his floral arrangements are nothing short of breathtaking.
