Okay, we all know what Babies-R-Us is and has to offer, as it is one of the largest national chains. It carries everything one needs and USED to have a great return policy. NOT ANYMORE! Now they will not accept anything unless the exact item was on your registry or unless you have an original receipt. We got a gift of a diaper bag and some onesies that we didn't need/want. I tried to return them within the week with all packaging and tags still on, and they wouldn't even give me a store credit.
