Christina can make women look beautiful & sophisticated but is incredibly inconsistent. The 1st dress I purchased was gorgeous. 2 friends also had great experiences. Another friend had her wedding dress only days before the wedding after several tense tearful conversations. My 2nd experience was horrific. The dress looked like someone carelessly basted pieces together – it was lopsided, had mismatched seams, unfinished hems, sagging lining. Christina was incredibly rude, only after I refused to pay the remainder did she agree to ‘fix’ it. Got the dress with less than 24 hrs to go – wearable barely. If you go to Blue, you MUST be on top of details, provide false deadlines, & stand your ground. Don't pay in full until you get your final product & it's perfect.

Christina, the owner of Blue, is clearly a talented and very creative designer which is why I ordered a custom wedding dress from her. After my second fitting I was thrilled with the progress that was made on my dress. I went in for my third fitting, mind you this is 6 weeks before my wedding date, and the dress was completely changed! I was very upset and she became extremely abrasive and yelled at me for not understanding. I found communicating with her very difficult. It seemed as though she realized I was coming in for a fitting an hour before I got there and threw something together for me to try on. I ended up at the mercy of Klienfeld. Unless you are buying a design that is already created, I would not recommend working with her on a custom creation.
