As Breitling’s only flagship store, this three-level 4,500-square-foot showroom, museum, and fan club stocks the largest collection of Breitling watches in the world (there are more than 600 at any given time). And in addition to the brand’s entire line, special-edition watches, collectible ties, Swiss Army knives, and chocolates are available. Best known for their chronograph watches, the Swiss brand’s relationship with international aviation is prominently displayed throughout the store—Kevin T. Kelly paintings of pilots, aircraft, and busty bombshells decorate the walls and the first floor features a model P-51 Mustang airplane. The second floor boasts a gallery of vintage Breitling watches from 1915 along with an in-house watchmaker for quick fixes or battery changes, while the third floor’s lounge area, which has a Champagne and espresso bar, is complete with a WWII-esque sculpture of a blonde woman preening on a bomb.
