Collette Foley is that unusual combination of impeccable sensibility, extraordinary talent, and warm and genuine personality- a mix that makes working with her a truly enjoyable experience. She took great care to understand our vision for our wedding cake, and was attentive to the smallest detail. Collette transformed our ideas into an impeccably crafted work of art- from the calla lilies in various stages of bloom to the delicate hand crafted sugar ribbons that cascaded down our gorgeous cake. But our cake was not just beautiful- it was ridiculously delicious! I have never had better tasting wedding cakes than Collette's- I've recommended her to many friends who have chosen her to create their own cakes, and each and every one has been fresh, moist, and flavorful. For those who don't want straight up vanilla or chocolate, Collette offers many sophisticated combinations (cardamom scented cake with orange blossom buttercream, anyone?). I could not recommend Collette more strongly- she has the talent and artistry of the most renowned names in cake, but with the approachability and warmth you want in the chaos of your wedding planning. I would choose her again in a heartbeat.

Your wedding day should be the best day of your life, and Collette Foley helped to make it that way for us. We were tired of that same old white wedding cake with strawberries in the middle. We've been married for 5 years now and guests from our wedding are still talking about our wedding cake! The outside of the cake was absolutely beautiful and Collette made every little detail perfect!! The inside contained chocolate cake and dulce de leche filling that was out of this world!! Collette is extremely professional and dedicated to make each cake unique and special! She took time out of her shedule to allow us to taste samples to ensure that we were satisfied with her services. She is so amazingly talented and makes cakes that will blow you away! Collette Foley's cakes will make all your celebrations perfect. I highly recommend Collette's cakes, because they're not only extremely beautiful, but they are absolutely delicious!!!
