This tiny Williamsburg shop serves nothing but, (surprise!), cupcakes. Opened in January 2010 by two Polish expats, the spot quickly earned a neighborhood following: On Saturday and Sunday, the busiest days of the week, they blow through hundreds of cupcakes, all baked fresh daily. Six varieties – Vanilla, Chocolate, Red Velvet, Strawberry Shortcake, Coconut, and Cookies & Cream – are always on offer, and there are rotating specials, too, like Peanut Butter, Mocha, and White Chocolate Raspberry. — Cooper Marshall
