This clothing store offers locals lots of raw, arty clothing
and accessories, but don't expect much if you're on an artist's budget: Leather-and-Lycra pants
are $900, and a climate-controlled hoodie goes for $320.

At DDCLAB’s meatpacking-district flagship, you’ll see lots of ultracool high-tech
clothes. We love the climate-control jackets; there are also lower-tech items,
like handmade Japanese jeans.

By far the best creativity and design in all of NY this fall.
Their technology and wearability goes a long way,.....I have been a fan since their beginning in 1998 on Orchard street, but now they have outdone themselves with their uniqueness.
I wish they had more accessories since i love them.
***Their jeans are still the best in the market.
As an international fashion editor, I found DDCLAB on my most recent recent trip to New York's exquisite Meat Packing District. Coincidentally David Bowie was shopping there as well, so I knew there must have been something special about the brand. I learned from the super friendly staff (very unlike New York) that the company specializes in fabrics that regulate your body temperature and even protect you from radiation (who would of thought?) The prices are high but you pay for what you get. I highly recommend the store to anyone with an eye for real fashion, it is inspiring to see something new in this industry.
