I used to bring my shihtzu here all the time until he came back with a massive laceration in his eye from the grooming. Not only did it cost me over $300 in vet fees but the owner was so rude and refused to take responsibility for what she had done! Finally, after many arguments we only got half of our money back and they tried to blame us for hurting our own pet!! Do not bring your animal here.
