bad bad service .. this company does not deliver

I put an order for sofa and chairs on August 14. About 2nd week of October (7 weeks later), I called to find out the status of the order and was told that the sofas would not be delivered until December. That would make the total delivery time 16 weeks so we cancelled the order. The next problem I had was with getting the credit back into my credit card. I was told the credit would be issued in a week. It took at least 4 weeks from the date of cancellation to get the credit and only after threatening them with asking the credit company to cancel the merchants account. They are quick to promise you they will take care of an issue but very very slow in delivering. Hope you have a better experince with this company. One more thing ... they forget to mention that they deliver to New Jersey locations once a month. So if you miss a delivery you wait another month...
