Frida's Closet is, quite literally, closet-sized—the warm, crimson-hued space barely has room for a few racks of merchandise and a fitting room. Owner Sandra Paez designs everything in the shop, named for and inspired by Frida Kahlo's earthy, vibrant aesthetic. One-of-a-kind coats, pants, jackets, skirts, and dresses in flowing fabrics and colorful patterns abound; limited-edition items are hand-numbered to ensure exclusivity. There's funky jewelry, too, like chunky turquoise beaded necklaces and dangly silver earrings. In addition to the few racks of ready-to-wear items, custom-made garments are also available. — Geeta Dayal
