This California brand from streetwear guru Andrew Lee offers a small but solid collection of T-shirts, hats, and jeans. The tiny space is sparsely decked with black hardwood floors and white trunks, complementing the mostly black-and-white garb. Invisible Man originals are all T-shirts, variously emblazoned with the brand’s paint-splattered logo, a raised fist, or a screen-print of a topless Janet Jackson. For women, the store has a collection of hip co-designed Claw Money apparel like teeny tank-tops with crossing Chanel C's. Less label-conscious styles depict rough-edged women with slogans like "Everything I love is immoral, illegal, or fattening." Popular streetwear brands like Bounty Hunter, Bastard Squad, and Commissary are all represented, including T-shirts, shiny blue or solid black denim, and hats. But the store’s best-seller is a $28 Invisible Man tee with a screen-grab from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas of Benicio del Toro flaunting his acid.
