If you need a book on food, if you like food or in the business this is heaven! Don't even bother with other stores, if you want something, they can get it for you no problem. I moved out of NY recently, GOD I MISS KITCHEN ARTS AND LETTERS!!!!!! Thanks for all the great books! EX NY CHEF IN CHICAGO
