Brothers Marcos and Jae Lee founded this costume-jewelry company, named after Marcos’s wife, in Brazil in 2001. The company now operates more than 100 franchises around the world, and this small Soho store is the brand’s U.S. debut. Cherrywood walls, square furnishings, and black-and-white mannequins provide the backdrop for hundreds of sparkling hairpieces, rhinestone earrings, and glittering necklaces. Bold, colorful evening jewels make up the bulk of the collection, though there are daintier, less expensive items as well, such as heart-shaped hair clips, butterfly charms, and ponytail extensions. One of the most popular lines is, appropriately, the “Brazilian Collection”—rainforest-themed pieces made from natural materials like leather, wood, and mother-of-pearl.
