Do they laugh at their customers?

I was shopping at the Lafayette Street store, and eavesdropping as two salespeople behind the register gossiped about customers. One of them actually said that a customer she had a crush on was the only one she ever bothers helping. Sure enough, I was ignored my entire seven minutes in the store. I guess schmucks like me just have to help ourselves -- by walking out and never coming back. They must laugh their heads off at people who shop here. Do you really need any other reason to stay away from this pretentious, overpriced joke of a store?

Great concept and solid execution...but the service is spotty, at best. They really need to hire men over the age of 21, seriously! But it's nice to have a hip space that's entirely devoted to young men with style...finally!
