A wire orb laden with tiny bottles of golden olive oil hangs from the ceiling of O & Co. like a makeshift Mediterranean sun. And while the selection of seasonings at this sister store of L'Occitane is rather focused, each product shines splendidly. Olive oils imported from small Mediterranean estates are the shop's specialty, and among the most popular is a basil-infused version; mix that with a premium Balsamic vinegar (aged roughly six years), and you've got a salad dressing worthy of Hellas itself. There's also radiant truffle oil, olive tapenades, comfits and honey during the holidays, and for those willing to shell out a few more lira, a 12-year-old Balsamic vinegar that's potent enough to be served by the drop.
