Victoria Shelton was just 19 when she opened this urban-glam boutique named for one of her favorite childhood playthings in 2007. A mix of teenage and twentysomething gals frequents the airy Clinton Hill shop, browsing through racks of funky tops and premium denim from Frankie B. and People's Liberation as R&B jams reverberate off the exposed-brick walls. Ecoconscious girls gravitate toward pieces by SuperLuckyCat, a line of one-of-a-kind recycled mash-ups (think a secondhand tee embellished with a lacy cami and cinching scarf). Summer months find a wealth of breezy cotton dresses in shades like magenta, peacock blue, and olive, while sweater dresses, peacoats, and cashmere vests populate the racks come winter.
