One of the most revered watch brands in the world, Geneva-based Patek Philippe has roots dating back to the mid-1800s. Today, the superior-quality, innovative label has a handful of boutiques in Europe and a lone U.S. outpost tucked away on the Fifth Avenue Tiffany & Company’s mezzanine. The 3000-square-foot shop is outfitted in lush golds and browns from floor to ceiling. Sixteen warmly lit Art Deco–inspired cases show off highly complicated, impeccably crafted watches for both ladies and gents. The Annual Calendar displays moon phases in addition to the time and has a white- or rose-gold case that evokes a forties feel. The gold face of the beautiful Ellipse d’Or has a reflective glow. And the Sky Moon Tourbillon, the most complicated style, has 686 different parts. There are also co-branded Tiffany versions (some with diamonds) that feature the logos of both companies.
