Located in a landmark building in Duane Park, this 2,000-square-foot home design store resembles a Tribeca loft, complete with a dining area, living area, and bedroom. Owners and interior designers Elaine Paul and Barbara Kohn update the upholstery, product lines, and store layout seasonally to reflect current trends, stocking everything from $13 amber votives to a $17,000 credenza. The pair handpicks the merchandise, including an array of accent pieces—glassware, candles, decanters, coffee table art books, ceramics—alongside high-ticket items like pencil-post beds, elaborate desks, mid-century chests, and contemporary furniture from their own Paul Kohn line. Some exclusive and rare pieces are also featured in the mix, like hand-drawn wallpaper ($100) graphed by store manager Amanda Paul, a horsehair backgammon board by French designer Gilles Caffier, and graffiti-print china by design duo Lovegrove & Repucci.
