Since 1999, this tiny shop in Grand Central Terminal has lured in commuters with the pastel panties and polka-dot bras displayed in its window. The 337-square-foot store on the corner of the Lexington Passage lines its walls with bras and panties by Calvin Klein, Betsey Johnson, and top sellers Cosabella and Hanky Panky. Frisky professionals can pick up a sexy push-up bra and lace thong on the way home from the work, and commuters who packed their gym bags in the dark can pick up something a little more utilitarian—cotton boy shorts, or soft, unpadded bras in nude colors—so they don’t have to wear a sweaty sports bra under their suit. In about equal supply as the lingerie is comfy loungewear like cotton camisoles, bathrobes, and pajama sets. Though the space is limited, the service isn’t: Upon request, employees will record customers’ favorite brands or special sizing needs and notify them when a relevant shipment comes in. — Rachel Corbett
