This cavernous used bookshop has a terrific collection of children’s books encompassing titles in five languages, keepsakes like a 1932 copy of Pinocchio, and trendy reads like Nancy Drew graphic novels. The store does equally well by its adult readers, thanks to a fun art-and-design section that covers pop-culture icons like Celine Dion as well as old European masters like Degas and Rembrandt. Fiction titles tend toward the likes of Tom Clancy and Michael Crichton. Sports, travel, and cooking books can also be found. A toy xylophone makes for a light vibe and the owner even plays his guitar at a sing-along every Sunday.
