Like the famous art space upon which its name is based, PS9 Pet Supplies has an air of offbeat coolness. A selection of all-natural wet and dry foods sprawls across three walls, peppered with hard-to-find labels like Abady and Dr. Becker’s, bags of salmon strips, bison bites, and canned mini-mackerel. Bohemian dog owners will find herbal shampoos, fish-oil salves, and canvas dog-carrier totes, along with more whimsical items like three-pronged toothbrushes and place mats for dogs. Other finds range from jewel-studded dog collars and Chihuahua-size track suits to citronella-spraying anti-bark collars.
