I can hardly put into words how angry I am about the service in this shop. I went in specifically asking about engagement rings, she showed me several, then didn't like that I was asking about the price of each piece and shut down. She had pulled a box of rings out of the back to show me, then suddenly pulled it away. I asked "Is there anything else in there I might like?" and she said "NO" and hid it. Roslyn obviously assumes that women do not have the funds to purchase jewelry of value for themselves, as she asked me to come back when I'm "ready" several times during my browsing. She treated both employees terribly, and the entire atmosphere was extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming. It's a shame, because they seem to have some pretty things for sale. I will absolutely not support an establishment that makes people feel this way.

Take it from me, as someone with intimate experience with Roslyn Grant, she is a manipulative nightmare. She has her employees write fake reviews on these websites because most of her customers who write reviews write scathing ones. She is nice to customers to their faces, and nasty about them behind their backs. She chronically overcharges people for what is actually low cost, generic jewelry. Go to fragments. Go to Aaron Faber.Hell, even go to someplace generic like barneys. Roslyn is rude to artists and customers alike. GO TO ANY OTHER STORE IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BECAUSE ROSLYN WILL SCREW YOU. If your expensive jewelry breaks because it wasn't well made, well; she'll tell you it was your fault. And she'll be really rude about it. She uses all of the following manipulative tactics to make you uncomfortable: trickery, flattery, treats; strongarm tactics; she'll be your best friend until she gets your money, then she'll treat you like shit if you have any problems later on. AVOID ROSLYN GRANT. SHE IS A NASTY, INSECURE, RUDE HUMAN BEING. She has no ethics. She is fake.
