The spring-break-in-Steamboat crowd comes here for fancy Euro skiwear—Obermayer, Killy, and Helly Hansen—and top-of-the-line equipment from Stockli, Volant, and Lange. We like it for the expert fitting (we’ve seen staff spend an hour on a single customer), but the prices aren’t for the faint of heart, and the snowboard selection is weak.

Extra

Day ski trips to Hunter Mountain are available through the shop on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays during ski season.
