I liked Selima's glasses -- it is hard to find square glasses now that everyone wears rectangular. I liked one of the round "intellectual" looking ones too. I was about to buy 2 pairs. Each store has a different selection, so once I realized, I went to three different ones.
I had been helped for about 25 minutes by some of the employees. Selima had been serving an elderly couple, ignoring me. So before I left I took the chance to tell her how much I liked her glasses and how excited I was about them.
She listened briefly, turned to paperwork, asked me to wait. One of her employees became intrusive to my personal physical space like I was bothering her. I’d put a whole description down, but metrony allows only 200 words. Trust me, she was unpleasant; I soon left.
I would never want to wear a frame on my nose designed by such a rude and nasty person. Too bad . . . Glasses are a personal statement, an expression of who you are. If I wore ones made by someone who is nasty given the chance, what would that say? Then, again, they say Hitler designed the Volkswagen.
For the hippest most stylish, beautiful eyewear Selima's is the place. I have bought numerous pairs of Selima's glasses and all of them have been fashion show stoppers. The Staff is so friendly they make you feel like family. The quality, selection and value is fantastic.
