Although this Gucci-owned footwear enterprise may not enjoy the brand recognition of fellow Italian luxury lines Tod’s or Bottega Veneta, Sergio Rossi has provided meticulously crafted high heels, sophisticated loafers, seductive boots and soft-sculpture handbags to downtown stylesetters for decades—and, more recently, tapped the metrosexual market for funky, high-end footwear and man-purses. Of course, the real stars are the accessories, like open-toe sandals, fur-trimmed multicolored boots and pumps in python and croc, and delectably soft boots that fit as soft and snug as gloves. For the guys, there are very cool red suede and fabric sneakers, step-out-in-style ankle boots and enough leather thong sandals to get you in the mood for a weekend jaunt to Capri.
