Browsing the edgy clothing in this shop—sculptural dresses paired with metallic mesh leggings, a gunmetal gray tube-top jumper, and an electric blue drawstring sack dress in silk—it’s hard to believe Steffee’s a native of Pennsylvania, not Antwerp. Her European-influenced aesthetic defines this hodgepodge boutique, and the result resembles the closets of the stylish best friend who studied abroad and never came back.
