Marylynn Piotrowski's rugged-chic clothing, home decor, and vintage motorcycle store is worlds away from her first shop, Tauk, a feminine, beachy spot in Montauk. The space has an industrial cool vibe, with exposed brick and concrete floors. Rustic hunting and fishing jackets in manly plaid and durable fabrics from Filson and Barbour are complemented by deer hide gloves and bags made of tooled leather and oil finish tin cloth. A more limited selection of women’s wares are available, including tough cotton shirts, short skirts, Wrangler jeans, and delicate nature-inspired jewelry by Erica Weiner. Triumph and Suzuki motorcycles from the sixties, seventies, and eighties, vintage Dutch bicycles, and old Vespas fill the back room, alongside biking gear and sparkly Fulmer helmets. Raw wood tables and shelves, stiff vintage kitchen towels, and old-school clocks round out the home furnishings selection.
