This palace to all things sparkly could easily feel overdone, but Swarovski's contemporary boutiques are calm and accessible. The shops showcase the many ways in which the over 100-year-old brand has adapted to modern times: Keep the keepsake figurines and classic jewelry and throw in a "couture" collection for a fashion feel. Finding what level of bling you like is easy, since traditional jewels like crystal pendants and clustered rings are offered alongside more contemporary fare (glimmery studded handbags, wallets, and clutches). The company's current focus, however, is on conquering the fashion world.
