It's not high fashion, but this
shop has plenty of youthful
urban lace-ups, loafers,
and ankle boots to choose
from, and almost nothing is
more than $400. Don't miss
the rugged Australian
slip-on boots.

I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter. Before I purchased the shoes I asked if they were returnable if they didn't fit ( I did not have my daughter with me ). The answer " No problem ". A couple of days later it was a huge problem. I brought the unworn shoes in the box with recipt back. I waited 1/2 hour just to have the manager insist that his sailsperson did not tell me that the shoes could be returned. He was down right rude and obstinate. The worst of New York.
For God's sake, get over your obsession with Manolo Blahniks, give your insteps a break and get up to Tip Top Shoes. They have nice-looking comfy shoes, all manner of boots and sandals, and best of all, salesmen who actually kow how to fit you so you say "Ahhh!" the first time you stand up in those new Tevas. Especially good for anybody with, um, untypically shaped feet -- but come on, aren't we all?
