Yet it’s a closet that could be raided by everyone from a stylish grandmother to a young, trendy shopper—Tucker’s feminine, modest shapes in eye-catching patterns have a wide appeal. The storefront serves as a retail, wholesale, and design space for the line, meaning variations of select pieces may be available in the back, and one-off experiments-gone-right are often showcased. Designer Gaby Basora has also curated the store’s collection to include shoes from Jerome C. Rousseau, jewelry from Melissa Joy Manning, and art books from Dashwood Bond.
