I had the worst shopping experience ever. I bought my dress there to a very nice saleswoman called Andrea that eventually left. My dress arrived in time, but since the sample was so old, the fabric on mine had a different texture and color, and a HUGE SEAM from the underskirt was showing. I marked it to May--a very smiley but completely clueless seamstress-- and disgusting Carrie/Julie...manager and sales woman respectively. They told me they could take care of it by ironing it (yeah sure) or adding a piece of fabric but all through my 3 fittings it became evident that they couldnt fix it, and then it was when they started saying that it was the designer's fault and that they couldnt do anything about it. In the end I took it to an expert seamstress who actually had to build in a new skirt to solve the problem. I threw away the 500 dollars they charged for alterations and paid on top of that.

My dress is from Pronovias -- and I love it!!! They had an excellent selection of dresses with price range that fits any budgets. I decided to spend a little more than i wanted on my dress, but its so worth it. I love the people there too. Carrie and her staff were extremely helpful. They were attentive and knew the style that would fit me. I had the best experience with them than any other bridal shops. Thanks ladies for making me the perfect bride.
