Aged boomers longing for the days of Roy Rogers and Big Apple Ranch members looking to give their line-dancing duds a kick in the pants come together at the city's biggest little Old West emporium. Realizing the need for an authentic Western-wear store in Gotham, Montana-ranch transplant and antiques dealer Merv Bendewald founded the shop in 1988. Today, his widow Holly oversees a network of pickers who send her fab finds from the Southwest and beyond. The half-vintage, half-new stock ranges from leather belts and boots to oversized tooled-metal buckles to Western-style shirts.
